How do I find my Member Profile? 

By logging into your CGW account then clicking on the ‘My Profile’ tab in the pink bar under the picture with your name, or by clicking the 'Go to My Profile' button in the Quick Links section of any page.

Can I view my membership’s expiration date?

Yes. Your membership expiration is located under the ‘My Profile’ tab.

Can I view other member’s profiles? Can other members view mine?

No, at this time you can only view your profile. Expect for the main (or key) contact of a Household Membership, they can view the profiles of the other (linked) members in their Household.

Why am I unable to renew my membership?

Memberships are only renewable during the grace period. The grace period begins 60 days prior to the membership expiration date and ends 30 days after the expiration date. You will be emailed renewal reminder notices when it is time to renew.

How do I create a profile for a non-CGW Member?

Changing your subscription to eSqueals only:

During your Membership renewal period you may change how you receive Squeals. (The renewal period begins 60 days from the date your membership expires. During this period you will receive four (4) email reminders prior to your expiration date.)

Step by step directions:

  1. Log into your CGW Account Profile
  2. Click on the "Go to My Profile" button (top pink button) on the right side of the page.
  3. Click on the “Renew” button under the text stating when your membership will expire.
  4. From the third question down “How would you like to receive Squeals?” select “Email” from the drop-down options.
  5. Click the “Submit” button
  6. Enter your payment information, then click “Submit Payment Information”
