Costume Project Management

On-line lecture presented by Colleen Crosby

Sunday, May 1, 2022
 2:00PM-3:30PM PT

Do you have a hard time getting started on costume projects? Do you know you want a costume from a certain era, but you’re having a hard time putting a finger on just what that means? Do you spend all your time daydreaming and looking at pretty pictures, but not enough time on the fitting and sewing? Do you panic sew, forget supplies, or lose track of how much you spent on your creations?

I can’t promise to solve all these problems for you, but I can share some of the techniques that I use. I will provide everyone with Excel and .pdf documents for students to print out that will help with design, staying on track, and tracking costs and time.

This lecture will be on Zoom on Sunday, May 1, at 2pm. The lecture will be 60 minutes with 30 minutes for questions and discussion.
Cost is $15 for CGW members and $20 for non-members.
